We are a retired couple who have spent 30 years odd in the hospitality industry.
Having purchased our own hotel many years ago when stringent controls and regulation were enforced by the Hotel board and well able look after your gust house during your absence. We would under take the management of the property , take reservations and bookings, collect payments, etc, but will not clean rooms, polish the house,do the garden work or laundry.
But we will ensure that the presentation of your guest house will be well maintained and your standard kept.
Our fees are designed to meet the guest hose income, and should ensure that you are not out of pocket during your absence. Keeping your doors open all the time is the only way you can be ensure you do not lose valuable customers. Those customers you have nurtured over time!
